Remote Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To support ongoing projects, the full-time Remote Systems Analyst will analyze user requirements, perform cost/benefit analysis, and implement PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business objectives and user requirements to identify alternative solutions and improve existing systems
- Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and document user needs and program functions for system modifications
- Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration testing and support training efforts as needed
Required qualifications
- 8 years of experience as a business analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, specifically in Accounts Receivable and Billing module implementations
- Proven experience in gathering requirements and conducting fit-gap analysis with subject matter experts
- Experience performing hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces
- At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- At least 2 years of experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting
