Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Systems Analyst in Fort Mill.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Perform troubleshooting, analysis, problem solving, exception handling, and re-processing
- Implement, test, and maintain relevant claims process flows, document processes and configurations
- Timely resolve systems defects and bugs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Being reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
- Healthcare Claims Adjudication and IT Operations experience
- Must be proficient with Microsoft OS, Microsoft Office, as well as tele and video conferencing
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Facilitation, written and oral communication skills
- Interpersonal and consultative skills
