An information technology consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Systems Analyst Programmer in Seattle.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Monitoring end user support tickets received through the state ServiceNow System
- Troubleshooting, documenting and responding to IT application access related end user requests
- Completing security requests for new users or changes to existing users
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in working with Active Directory security and any other application security
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to coordinate closely with IT management, team members and Agency personnel
