Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems and Data Analyst to join their team as a Virtual employee.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to automate repetitive tasks within the technical support workflow
Analyze support data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a support organization
3+ years in Advanced Flight Planning
1+ year of experience with AI or automation efforts
Project Management experience is preferred
Knowledge of Azure/AWS Cloud is a plus
