Job Summary
A learning institution is seeking a Remote Systems and Database Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing systems and procedures to provide data management, as required
- Partnering with other departments in providing the data & resources necessary to implement & process reports
- Providing first & second tier support to address user issues & answer questions from internal &external customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1-3 years’ experience managing relational databases and systems, developing and mapping queries
- Preferred knowledge of .NET-based applications and cloud-based architectures
- Strong knowledge and experience of modern principles, procedures, and standards of data structures
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems such as CRM and content management systems
- Experience with customer training, as a well as excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently and in teams, both as a project resource and technical or project lead
