Job Summary

A security and aerospace company has an open position for a Remote Systems Center Operations Manager Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests and incidents
  • Troubleshoot with the vendor and implementing solutions
  • Support our Cloud monitoring transition

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Telecommuting within 50 miles of a Company office location may be considered
  • Experience supporting customer requests for support; general troubleshooting
  • Experience with Windows or Linux / Unix Server administration
  • Experience with performance testing or monitoring
  • US Citizenship
