Job Summary
An information technology company specializing in cybersecurity solutions has a current position open for a Remote Systems Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with monitoring our IT infrastructure and providing world class technology support to our rapidly growing global workforce
- Working on critical user technical issues, removing technology obstacles facing the rapidly growing staff, maintaining and improving upon our systems, and implementing new solutions
- Building automations that will seamlessly integrate with all our applications
Position Requirements Include:
- Technical knowledge of scripting and programming languages: Bash, Python, Powershell
- Knowledge of Okta framework with a focus on integration w/ HRIS systems (Bamboo HR and Google Workspace)
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems
- Ability to manage company SaaS software systems, email and other communications/collaboration platforms, manager user accounts, and user access (Google workspace, Slack, Jira)
- Experience with identity and access management tools (Okta, Active Directory, Meraki)
- Understanding of Mobile Device Management (ie. Jamf Pro, InTune)
