Job Summary

A high performance hosting company is filling a position for a Remote Systems Engineering Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading and managing the Systems Team members and resources
  • Leading strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives
  • Providing leadership that supports the company’s culture, mission and values

Required Skills:

  • Regular company events such as summer BBQs and holiday parties
  • Five years of management and leadership experience
  • Senior Systems Engineer or Architect experience
  • Comfortable with Bash, Python, PHP, MySQL scripting and development
  • Experience with configuration automation tools such as Puppet, Ansible, SaltStack
  • Competence in network design and administration
