Job Summary

An IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Systems Engineering Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Engaging Sales Manager to create whitespace analysis for the territories/accounts
• Creating customized training and enablement plans for individual team members
• Building and maintaining a team of high-performing Sales Engineering (SE) resources

Required Skills:

• Attend sales meetings with SE team to observe and provide coaching and performance management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Management
• 10+ years demonstrated pre-sales experience
• 8+ years demonstrated management or supervisory-level experience
• Ability to relate to a wide range of technical staff and managers in customer environments
• Have the ability to handle project management responsibilities for implementation of company related solutions
