Job Summary
A global medicine development organization is in need of a Remote Systems of Care Associate Regional Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving business impact relevant to company's CRM franchise within 3-7 “Systems of Care” accounts (IDNs, ACOs, Medical Groups, Provider networks) within a geographic territory
- Fostering customer-facing partnerships with Systems of Care decision makers (C/D Suite) to provide collaborative solutions
- Leading internal matrix teams toward a customer centric goal.
Required Skills:
- Ability to travel as needed in the Pacific Northwest
- BS or BA
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience within specialty pharmaceutical / biotech industry
- Have deep understanding of healthcare marketplace trends and organized customer groups (IDNs, ACOs, Medical Groups, and GPOs)
- Exhibit proven leadership ability working with internal matrix teams
- Be a proven problem solver with strong analytical ability and strategic thinking skills.
