Job Summary
A clinical research organization is seeking a Remote Systems Specialist .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing first level support for CDO system users related to knowledge of systems and associated processes
- Supporting business administration tasks for example testing of system functionality or versions
- Communicating problems, enhancement requests from user groups to the relevant system group
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Support business administration tasks for example testing of system functionality or versions
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology or Health Sciences discipline
- Ability to Proactively share information and knowledge with the end user community
- Ability to solicit feedback and identify training gaps from the relevant system groups
