Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the planning, development and implementation of integrated business solutions
- Managing creation, communication and presentation on all necessary project communication plans
- Counseling staff on appropriate development to assure skills evolve and meet changing requirements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 to 7 years progressively responsible experience in application analysis and design
- Demonstrated project management/leadership experience and communication skills
- Ability to understand and integrate business strategies and trends in technology to deliver value
- Ability to set expectations with business partners and effectively leverage governance
- Technical aptitude, requirements management, and the ability to assess and articulate risk variables
