Job Summary

A medical technology company is in need of a Remote Systems Technical Support Specialist I.

Must be able to:

  • Answer and troubleshoot calls in a live environment
  • Document calls per policies & procedures
  • Draft Knowledge Base articles

Required Skills:

  • Travel less than 10% of the time
  • Minimum of 2 years of technical experience
  • At least 2 years of customer support experience or the equivalent
  • Entry level MS SQL experience required
  • Basic understanding of Registry Software
