Job Summary
A medical technology company is in need of a Remote Systems Technical Support Specialist I.
Must be able to:
- Answer and troubleshoot calls in a live environment
- Document calls per policies & procedures
- Draft Knowledge Base articles
Required Skills:
- Travel less than 10% of the time
- Minimum of 2 years of technical experience
- At least 2 years of customer support experience or the equivalent
- Entry level MS SQL experience required
- Basic understanding of Registry Software
