Job Summary
A publishing company specializing in learning content and assessments is filling a position for a Remote Tactile Graphic Artist .
Must be able to:
- Prepare comprehensive, error-free tactile graphics for reproduction according to program specifications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of braille skills and tactile graphics equipment
- Maintain accurate project logs and provide regular status updates to program leads
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years intermediate graphic design
- Intermediate proficiency in the use of software packages related to office operations, including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat DC
- Advanced proficiency in the use of graphic design software (e.g., CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal/teamwork, and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Associate’s or Vocational degree
