- Track record of success in talent acquisition with proven results in building, optimizing and leading recruiting teams in a growing company
- A commitment to building a diverse and inclusive team and a track-record of attracting exceptional people to the companies you’ve supported
- Keen understanding of how to leverage meaning, mission, and purpose for talent attraction results
- Proven success in implementing strategies to hire top tech talent
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (esp. Greenhouse) and identifying and implementing new tools or processes to improve results
