A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Advisor .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build extensive, diverse pipelines for critical skill areas and open positions
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategy for active and passive candidates
- Participate in employer and recruitment branding efforts and social media use
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field preferred
- 5 + years of Talent Acquisition experience
- 3 + years of digital or technical research/sourcing
- 3+ years of experience with a TA CRM or other robust candidate relationship tools
- 2 + years of experience with directly/indirectly leading, coaching and mentoring team members
