Job Summary

A manufacturer of specialty metal and alloy materials is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Advisor in Monroe.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct requisition validation and strategy discussions
  • Define the best go-to market strategy
  • Execute on established diversity outreach, sourcing and recruitment strategies

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel (10%) to visit business locations
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles
  • Experience utilizing recruitment tools including LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Ability to work remote with minimal supervision
