Job Summary
A business process outsourcing firm is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring integrity and accuracy of talent acquisition data through development of ongoing applicant tracking system metrics
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition Leadership to compile accurate metrics and report on recruiting activity
- Using established Talent Acquisition data, being able to establish trends and do analysis to help support decisions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ year(s) experience in Recruiting or HR Operations position
- 1+ year(s) experience using an ATS (preferably iCIMS)
- Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Data visualization skills
