Job Summary

A business process outsourcing firm is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring integrity and accuracy of talent acquisition data through development of ongoing applicant tracking system metrics
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition Leadership to compile accurate metrics and report on recruiting activity
  • Using established Talent Acquisition data, being able to establish trends and do analysis to help support decisions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ year(s) experience in Recruiting or HR Operations position
  • 1+ year(s) experience using an ATS (preferably iCIMS)
  • Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Data visualization skills
