Job Summary
A privately-held health and wellness company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition and Credentialing Director.
Must be able to:
- Direct the activities of the talent acquisition team
- Direct the activities of the credentialing team
- Develop the deploying enterprise recruiting and sourcing strategies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years of talent acquisition experience, strong preference for experience in healthcare
- 2-4 years management experience in talent acquisition capacity
- Demonstrated skill in reporting and data analysis
- Expert level experience with on-line applicant tracking and onboarding systems
- Demonstrated success in identifying high-quality, talented candidates
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, SharePoint and Social Networking applications
