Job Summary

A company providing global IT Asset Disposition services has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Acting as Business Partner to the CEO and Executive Team
Managing recruitment teams in the US and South America
Meeting and exceeding all recruitment SLA's

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Must have a proven process to fill the funnel with passive candidates for all open roles
Exceptional experience in a leadership role recruiting/sourcing for executive talent in the US and Internationally
Experience evaluating talent in corporate acquisitions
Passion for an exceptional candidate experience for all applicants
A proactive, responsive approach; ability to balance shifting priorities
Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with external stakeholders
