Job Summary

A company providing global IT Asset Disposition services has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Acting as Business Partner to the CEO and Executive Team
• Managing recruitment teams in the US and South America
• Meeting and exceeding all recruitment SLA's

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Must have a proven process to fill the funnel with passive candidates for all open roles
• Exceptional experience in a leadership role recruiting/sourcing for executive talent in the US and Internationally
• Experience evaluating talent in corporate acquisitions
• Passion for an exceptional candidate experience for all applicants
• A proactive, responsive approach; ability to balance shifting priorities
• Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with external stakeholders
