Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Talent Acquisition Associate (High Volume Recruitment).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level, high-volume, non-exempt roles
- Coordinate the conversion of temporary employees to regular status and assist with internal transfers and promotions
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components, including sourcing and applicant tracking
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
- Experience in corporate, healthcare organizations, and/or search firms is preferred
