Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Associate.

Must be able to:

• Leverage social media, internet sourcing, referral sources and other technical means
• Act as candidates' main point of contact
• Coordinate multiple, efficient hiring processes, including job postings, interview scheduling and preparation

Qualifications Include:

• Travel for team and organizational meetings is required a few times a year
• Ability to adapt to changes and new information quickly
• A demonstrated interest in the field of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
