A professional development for teachers is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Associate Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Designing and driving a talent acquisition strategy to identify and recruit strong and diverse pools
• Developing a strong and diverse talent pool of qualified active and passive candidates
• Serving as an inspiring and compelling voice with candidates and partner organizations

Qualifications for this position include:

• At least four years of successful recruitment experience
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence and motivate others
• A high-level understanding of the major trends and issues in K-12 education
• An ability to quickly build and expand national, industry-specific networks for recruitment purposes
• A strong commitment to inclusive hiring practices
• Experience effectively utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies
