- Developing a strong and diverse talent pool of qualified active and passive candidates
- Serving as an inspiring and compelling voice with candidates and partner organizations
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least four years of successful recruitment experience
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence and motivate others
- A high-level understanding of the major trends and issues in K-12 education
- An ability to quickly build and expand national, industry-specific networks for recruitment purposes
- A strong commitment to inclusive hiring practices
- Experience effectively utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies
