Job Summary

A genetics and biology technology company is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Associate Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting full cycle VP+ and Senior Director searches
  • Co-managing the creation of talent market maps
  • Understanding market issues and opportunities within geography, industry, business function and levels

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum 10+ proven years of experience in executive search and placement
  • Strong functional expertise including behavioral/competency based interviewing experience
  • Proven experience in working directly with internal CEO and/or C-Level executives
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
