Job Summary
A government services company is filling a position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Associate Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Auditing multiple platforms for quality and brand consistency multiple times per week
- Conducting new hire training, creates training guides
- Assisting with reporting – applicant flow, source reports, conversions, and reports as requested by recruiting leadership
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's and 0-3 years of experience
- Experience in training or course instruction for adults
- Strong analytical skills and experience with creating high level reporting and KPI measurements
- Ability to multitask and thrive within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate routine information and updates in a clear and accurate way
- Reliable, with strong time management skills
