Job Summary
A global science and technology manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Business Partner .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
- Developing recruitment strategy
- Identifying and sourcing appropriate talent for current open roles within organization
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar areas
- 5 - 7 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience in a large corporate organization
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment recruiting for professional level and specialists
- Creative sourcing and networking experience
