Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Contract Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating processes and best practices to ensure delivery of diverse talent pools
- Partnering proactively with the hiring community to plan talent needs
- Providing regular reporting and metrics updates to hiring community and HR leadership teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have relevant experience including full life-cycle recruiting experience
- Demonstrate the ability to partner with business leaders
- Have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Have knowledge of OFCCP guidelines
- Be knowledgeable about the labor market and hiring trends, ideally in the technology sector
