Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Temporary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding future employees by completing reference checks and monitoring background checks
  • Communicate and collaborate with candidates, TA members, and hiring managers to resolve requests accurately and timely
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and maintain confidential candidate/employee files
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree
  • Minimum 6 months of recent experience in an HR-related role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
