Job Summary
To support high-volume recruiting operations, the full-time Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator will process applicants, conduct resume screenings, and maintain an efficient hiring pipeline while working Wednesday to Sunday from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Eastern Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Process high volumes of applicants, focusing on late-week and after-hours submissions
- Conduct resume screening and initial qualification checks based on minimum role criteria
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across recruiting teams, ensuring timely updates for candidates
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting and high-volume recruiting operations
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SmartRecruiters
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
