Job Summary
A healthcare system is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Develop and embellish job postings to attract top talent
- Facilitate the interview process to ensure a seamless, positive experience
- Create and maintain reports, including post-event candidate tracking spreadsheets
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Manage logistics of virtual and on-site hiring events
- Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year accredited university or college
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and execute efficiently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint
