Job Summary

A healthcare system is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Develop and embellish job postings to attract top talent
  • Facilitate the interview process to ensure a seamless, positive experience
  • Create and maintain reports, including post-event candidate tracking spreadsheets

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Manage logistics of virtual and on-site hiring events
  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year accredited university or college
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and execute efficiently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint
