A specialized data analytics company has a current position open for a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Schedule a high volume of interviews with a sense of urgency
• Post and advertise jobs in Greenhouse and other career sites
• Provide administrative support for talent acquisition

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as Recruiting Coordinator in a high volume, fast paced role
• Experience in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple tasks ideally in HR or recruiting
• Experience using Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Softwar
• Demonstrated experience with organization and building efficient processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
