A boutique digital marketing firm is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Recruiting special roles as well as coordinate the recruitment efforts of the recruiting team internally
• Creating fantastic job postings
• Developing a network with passive candidates

Qualifications Include:

• Previous experience working in Tech company, Growth Agency or Startup; applicants that don't fill this requirement won't be considered
• 3+ years working in or recruiting for technical or digital marketing positions in a start-up or agile environment
• Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience hiring a wide variety of roles across both tech and non-tech, as well as a broad scope of role seniority
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
