A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing full life cycle of recruiting
- Developing job descriptions and job specs
- Posting job specs in applicant tracking system
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or another field
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment best practices, as well as EEO and ADA regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
