Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on recruiting processes
- Assist with improving and optimizing the scheduling process
- Provide a white-glove candidate experience by responding to questions expertly and timely
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 1+ years of total professional experience as a Talent acquisition coordinator
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); GreenHouse experience preferred
- Eagerness to educate and engage both stakeholders and colleagues
- Experience informing, gaining support, and influencing various stakeholders
- Sense of urgency, proactive delivery of communication and follow up
- Willingness to adapt to and embrace changing business priorities
