Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on recruiting processes
  • Assist with improving and optimizing the scheduling process
  • Provide a white-glove candidate experience by responding to questions expertly and timely

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum 1+ years of total professional experience as a Talent acquisition coordinator
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); GreenHouse experience preferred
  • Eagerness to educate and engage both stakeholders and colleagues
  • Experience informing, gaining support, and influencing various stakeholders
  • Sense of urgency, proactive delivery of communication and follow up
  • Willingness to adapt to and embrace changing business priorities
