Job Summary

A healthcare platform service provier is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Facilitating and scheduling candidate interviews with talent acquisition and hiring teams
  • Working with recruiters to understand candidate profiles and assist with resume sorting
  • Supporting recruiters with preliminary phone interviews

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor degree, required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where there are competing priorities and aggressive deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail
  • 1 year of professional or internship experience supporting Recruiting and interview scheduling, required
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Maintain highly confidential information and work on a team environment with a strong customer service focus
