Job Summary
A software development firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Atlanta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Managing all job postings including proofreading/editing posting language
- Identifying and acting on areas of opportunity to improve internal processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to attend training and periodic meetings (5%)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration, Communications, Marketing or relevant work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a business environment
- Experience with high-volume scheduling
