A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Boston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Owning the coordination and interview logistics of all candidate interviews
• Finding and correcting inefficiencies in our recruiting processes
• Being the keeper of our ATS

Required Skills:

• 1+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a high growth environment
• Unparalleled ability to prioritize and find the most efficient solutions
• You’re thoughtful, empathetic and genuinely care about people
• Comfortable around sensitive information
• Experience with an ATS and HRIS systems
• Expert with GSuite, Microsoft Office, Calendly, Slack and Zoom
