A healthcare management company is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Melville.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Process Internal Offer Letters and oversight to the internal transfer/promotion process
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from Talent Acquisition Team
  • Work with placement agencies

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
  • Time management, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
  • At least 1 year related experience as a recruiting/HR coordinator or junior recruiter
