A nonprofit healthcare organization has an open position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Corporate Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Perform full life cycle recruitment to meet the workforce needs of the business
- Manage a high volume of requisitions at all levels of the organization
- Manage the entire recruiting process
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience with increasing responsibilities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Strong requisition and candidate management within the applicant tracking system
- Proven success identifying qualified candidates through professional networks
- Proven track record of managing high volumes
