Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Build out best practice guidelines for full 360-degree recruitment process
• Build out ATS and best practice around recruitment, diversity, and excellent candidate experience
• Manage requisitions, sourcing; support hiring managers; manage candidates through process

Required Skills:

• Ability to partner closely with wider team to ensure collaboration across projects
• Ability to coach hiring managers on interview skills, unconscious bias, candidate review
• Ability to utilize data and analytics to support strategy
