Job Summary
A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leading and inspiring a Team of Talent Partners responsible for full cycle recruitment
- Acting as a Strategic Advisor by consulting with offices on best practices
- Managing Recruitment Budget and TA Vendor relationships
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Eight years Talent Acquisition related management experience
- Ten years of professional full-cycle recruiting experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing employer branding and social media recruitment strategies
- Passion for recruiting with a combination of corporate and employment agency experience
- Outstanding relationship skills and ability to quickly build trust and respect at all levels
