Job Summary

A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Leading and inspiring a Team of Talent Partners responsible for full cycle recruitment
  • Acting as a Strategic Advisor by consulting with offices on best practices
  • Managing Recruitment Budget and TA Vendor relationships

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Eight years Talent Acquisition related management experience
  • Ten years of professional full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing employer branding and social media recruitment strategies
  • Passion for recruiting with a combination of corporate and employment agency experience
  • Outstanding relationship skills and ability to quickly build trust and respect at all levels
