A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services is seeking a Remote Talent Acquisition Director.
Must be able to:
- Lead and inspire a Team of Talent Partners responsible for full cycle recruitment
- Drive a national Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Strengthen our Talent Model and processes to ensure competitiveness
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Eight years Talent Acquisition related management experience
- Ten years of professional full-cycle recruiting experience,
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing employer branding
- Passion for recruiting with a combination of corporate and employment agency experience
- Success in growing talent pipeline through capturing key sourcing intelligence
