Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field required
- Ten years of professional full-cycle recruiting experience
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing employer branding and social media recruitment strategies
- Eight years Talent Acquisition related management experience
- Demonstrated experience in driving team effectiveness through ATS data analytics and pipeline analysis
