A provider of bookkeeping and human resources services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading and inspiring a Team of Talent Partners
• Driving a national Talent Acquisition Strategy
• Strengthening our Talent Model and processes to ensure competitiveness

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Eight years Talent Acquisition related management experience
• Ten years of professional full-cycle recruiting experience
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing employer branding
• Outstanding relationship skills and ability to quickly build trust and respect
• Experience in driving team effectiveness through ATS data analytics and pipeline analysis
