Job Summary

An AI company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Talent Acquisition Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing strategic guidance and become an advisor to executive leadership in matters related to top technical talent
• Becoming a TA strategic advisor and partner to our leaders by understanding current and future people needs
• Creating a TA culture that is defined by accountability, ownership and partnership

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition leadership
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Experience in developing key TA initiatives
• Ability to grow and scale the talent acquisition team, initiatives and programs
• Ability to attract talent to build out our own TA team and organization
• Motivated by enabling our business units to increase their revenue by bringing in top talent
