Job Summary
A mental healthcare company is in need of a Remote Talent Acquisition Director.
Must be able to:
- Report to the CFO to help build and scale the team
- Build, lead, and coach a team of three (and growing!) talent acquisition professionals
- Develop and implement the recruitment strategy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- You’ve built out the talent function at a scaling organization before
- You are a metrics-driven recruiter
- Not afraid of ambiguous situations and loose structure
- You’ve ideally supported a company of 250+ employees
- Not afraid to coach and provide feedback to your team, interviewers, and hiring managers
