A digital engagement provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Director .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Maintain long-term strategic relationships with candidates
• Lead sourcing strategies in order to attract and hire top talent

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years experience managing a Talent Acquisition team
• 10+ years experience recruiting in a technical and/or professional services environment
• Experience managing employer branding initiatives and full cycle recruiting
