Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build out from scratch a Global Best in Class Talent Acquisition Strategy
• Launch TA blueprint process that ensures we consistently / systematically hire the best candidates in the world

Required Skills:

• Deep experience in recruiting combined with several years of building and managing a growing recruiting team is required
• High aptitude for coaching, mentoring, and developing talent
• A deep understanding of sourcing & recruiting technology, market trends, and talent strategy
