Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a recruiting team to develop strategic plans
- Partner with functional leaders to drive strategic and tactical recruitment initiatives
- Enhance and leverage brand recognition by advertising through multiple channels
Position Requirements Include:
- 10+ years of professional recruiting experience
- 3+ years managing a recruiting and sourcing team
- Ability to understand and communicate market trends
- Outstanding project and process management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
