An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a recruiting team to develop strategic plans
  • Partner with functional leaders to drive strategic and tactical recruitment initiatives
  • Enhance and leverage brand recognition by advertising through multiple channels

Position Requirements Include:

  • 10+ years of professional recruiting experience
  • 3+ years managing a recruiting and sourcing team
  • Ability to understand and communicate market trends
  • Outstanding project and process management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
