Job Summary
A direct revenue-generating solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Talent Acquisition Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating, iterating, and honing our global and local recruiting strategies
- Coaching and mentoring a team of Recruiters across multiple disciplines and time zones
- Developing our Sourcing strategy, optimizing recruiting platforms for different roles and teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 8-10+ years of full-cycle experience talent acquisition experience
- 2-3+ years experience leading recruiting teams
- Experience defining, refining, and successfully operationalizing an amazing candidate experience
- SaaS/Technology industry experience
- Ability to navigate ambiguity to define and solve problems independently, satisfying multiple stakeholders
